My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean, and quite warm, which was perfect for the four of us. The service was exceptional, particularly with the cook preparing breakfast and the helpful staff at the front desk. My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were very clean and pretty big for the 4 of us, plus having a kitchenette was a nice touch. The cool temperature in the room was a lifesaver during this summer heat. The layout was well thought out, and there was plenty of room for all of us.

The staff was very nice and apologetic - they switched our rooms ASAP. They were extremely helpful, super friendly, and made our stay very pleasant. The location also worked well for us, being near the Heard Museum and with easy access to transportation.

The location of the hotel was perfect for me. It's great no matter where you're going in Phoenix, as it's close to everything I wanted to be near. Although it was a bit small and next to a Burger King speaker, the convenience and proximity to some neighborhood dining spots made up for it.
